Lion King musical

Unless you’ve been living on some other planet, you’ve either seen the movie The Lion King, or you’re at least familiar with it. Even if you’ve seen the movie dozens of times, there is nothing like seeing the Lion King musical live and in person. Sure, you know the plot and the ending. But, by knowing the story line and the characters, it just may help you follow the musical a little bit better than those who may not be as familiar with the story.

Seeing the Lion King musical is a wonderful experience. You will leave the theater with a feeling of happiness and wonderment tingling inside of you. The costumes are not only creative but more brilliant than you can even begin to imagine. Children will not be able to stop staring in admiration. The melodic voices that pour out of the characters will leave you speechless. The choreography and props are simply stunning. There is no doubt about it; the Lion King musical will simply take your breath away.

The tickets may not be cheap to purchase. It may not always be easy to get tickets for the Lion King musical on a day that best suits you. However, seeing this musical up close and personal is worth both the wait and the price that you will endure. If you can afford to take your children and you know that they will be well behaved and able to sit still for the duration, it will be an experience that they just may remember for years and years to come. However, be cautioned – the souvenirs that they will try to sell to you are a bit too overpriced. Of course, if you’re splurging on the tickets and the day trip to see the musical, perhaps you’ll want to take home some souvenirs. You may find, however, that you can find the exact same souvenirs in local gift shops for a few dollars cheaper than you’ll pay inside of the actual theater.

Plus, if you’re going to see the Lion King musical and you’re not from New York City, take some extra time to do some sightseeing. As it is the city that never sleeps, there is always something to do and see. Whether you’re an adult looking for entertainment or finding something for a child to enjoy, there is always something to be found. Make it a weekend trip. See the Lion King musical, talk about how amazing it was over a lovely dinner in the heart of the city, ride the escalator through the luxurious floors in Saks and spend the night in a fabulous hotel. Sound too expensive? It may not be as pricey as you might imagine. Of course, whatever your plans include, take the time to enjoy the Lion King musical. You’ll be incredibly happy that you did.
